DMCA POLICY – Find Tech Today
WHAT IS THE DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides guidelines for online service providers in case of copyright infringement.
INTRODUCTION
Find Tech Today (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website (https://findtechtoday.com/) that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of Notice as described below, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the website.
DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”)
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identify the material or link you claim is infringing and provide a description of where the infringing work is located on the website.
- Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
- “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- “I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
- Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
COUNTER NOTIFICATION
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may send us a Counter Notification. The Counter Notification must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter Notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. The original complainant will then have 10 business days to notify us that they have filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If we do not receive such notification, we may restore the material.
REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
DESIGNATED COPYRIGHT AGENT
DMCA notices and counter-notices should be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent:

Please note that we may share the copyright infringement notice with the user alleged to have infringed the copyright.
